CopyJar is a clipboard with memory for macOS: everything you copy, kept. Support is hello@boredjar.com, in English or Spanish, answered within three working days.
Where does my data live?
In a local SQLite database inside the app's sandbox on your Mac. Nothing leaves the machine. There is no CopyJar cloud and no account.
How do I pause capture?
One click pauses capture for five minutes. Password managers are always excluded, paused or not.
Why does it ask for Accessibility?
⌘V cycling and direct paste need the Accessibility permission. It is opt-in. If you decline, the app works the same for everything else - capture, search, the library, pinning - just without those two paste shortcuts.
What does media preview download?
Only the one resource you asked to preview, and only when you turn the feature on. It is off by default. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds; we never see your payment details.
